Brian did excellent work. He replaced a broken garbage disposal, fixed a leak on an outdoor spigot, and took the time to walk me through the condition of other fittings around the house.What stood out was his approach. No pressure, just clear information so I could make informed decisions. He pointed out areas that might need attention down the road and explained what to watch for if I chose not to address them now.It is not easy to find someone you trust for home repairs, but Brian earned that. As my house gets older, I feel confident calling him for future plumbing needs.

We had several plumbing issues and they were local and when i called them somebody answered right away. Set an appt to come out next day. The plumber was prompt and on time and very courteous and sincere. Included my husband per my request and communication was great. The estimate price was fair for all the work done. We bought our own faucets and they knew exactly what to do. Everybody was on the same page and the plumber was very knowledgable and ansered all my questions and did a great job, got everything working perfectly. I would definitely recommend them for your plumbing needs because they seem to care about their customers.

We have used Advocate Plumbing multiple times over the last couple of years. Once for a drain issue, another for a sump pump line repair and then again for a hot water replacement. Every time they have been quick to schedule service. The most recent time I was able to schedule online an appointment for next day service. They are knowledgeable and friendly. They clean up after themselves and have fair pricing. I appreciate that Jeremy the owner calls and explains the estimates before any repairs are done. We will definitely continue using them!

We contacted Advocate Plumbing as we wanted to proactively replace our sump pump due to its age. Dylan came out and after reviewing out system gave us several options. He explained everything in detail and was very courteous and thorough. Dylan even checked out a our water heater and water softener during his visit. We felt very comfortable with his service and are completely happy with the work that was provided.

Choosing Advocate Plumbing was a great experience all around. I had an emergency gas situation on a day when the temp was going below zero and I was going to have no heat in my home. Dylan was at my home within 45 minutes of my call to Advocate and he got things figured out quick enough that the gas company was out and had us turned back on before unlivable home conditions, frozen pipes, or other disasters occurred. Advocate not only knew what they were doing, but also cared about the welfare of me and my family.
