Water softener pictures attached and heater installed . Showed up on time and worked efficiently. Dylan “ a rockstar” did some Custom plumbing to get a water softener downstairs , for the whole house . Other places said it couldn’t be done , but Advocate Plumbing did it . I called Advocate Plumbing when our hot water heater went out. It had ended up cracking and leaking onto the floor because there was a plastic catch pan underneath that had melted. They were very knowledgeable and told me my options for a new water heater that would work for my home. They were able to get us scheduled the next morning and arrived on time and were very professional. They prepared the work area by putting down paper to avoid any mess while getting the old water heater out and to avoid scratching our floor. They installed an aluminum catch pan so we shouldn’t have to worry about any water damage in the future. Our utility room was definitely cleaner after they left. While turning off the water they noticed some potentially unsafe fitting on our shut off valve and were able to quickly replace those as well. We had a great experience with Advocate Plumbing and you will too.
