Brian was very friendly and professional. I got my water softener installed, and he also brought my hot water heater up to code for me. He explained how everything worked so that I could water my plants without the softened And how to shut the water off to the whole house if I wanted to for the winter.I would definitely call advocate plumbing again.

I called for a quote on a number of issues, and he was able to take care of fixing the dishwasher hose so it had a high loop, installing a sediment drip, and installing two new shower heads right away. He was clear, patient, and educational when it came to my questions, and I appreciate the service he provided.

Jeremy was extremely responsive and was over to check my sump pump within the hour, despite the flooding going on all around town. He was friendly, professional, and had my sump pump running again in no time. He was able to show me video he took in my crawlspace, so I could see and understand what the problem had been. I’m sure you’ve never heard this one before. I was leaning over my open toilet tank trying to adjust it to stop it from running as I’ve done many times before, when my head bumped the little shelf on the wall over the tank. My 4.5 inch statue of the Virgin Mary toppled off the shelf, into the tank, and down into the pipe that the ball plunger sits in! In a flash, she was gone, and potentially in a position to clog my toilet and/or sewer drain. Advocate came within hours, creatively tried several things and was able to retrieve her without damage. Then they got my 97 year old toilet (best one in the house!) up and working again. Thank you, Advocate! 🙌🏼🙌🏼

We had a great experience with Advocate Plumbing. They did a fantastic job from start to finish. Brian came in and inspected the problem with the water heater. He also tested the water and found out that our water softener stopped working and need a new replacement. After the inspection, they gave us a couple of options with all the steps needed in the process. Had Brian come out to install a water softener and remove my old one. He was very professional and on time. He told me everything I needed to know. Was very honest and did not try to oversell me. I felt he was genuine. Checked my water pressure for free to make sure everything was going to work. Beat previous quote for same job by couple hundred dollars. Advocate Plumbing replaced my broken sump pump and did an excellent job in doing so. Dylan arrived earlier than was scheduled which worked to my advantage. He patiently answered and explained things I do not understand. They did a fantastic job...in most cases without me being there. I had wanted a tankless water softener. I am very glad I reached out to these experts as I saved having to replace a tankless because it would not be sufficient to treat minerals, etc., in my area. I also have a duo system that better filters my shower and tap water as well.

Brian did excellent work. He replaced a broken garbage disposal, fixed a leak on an outdoor spigot, and took the time to walk me through the condition of other fittings around the house.What stood out was his approach. No pressure, just clear information so I could make informed decisions. He pointed out areas that might need attention down the road and explained what to watch for if I chose not to address them now.It is not easy to find someone you trust for home repairs, but Brian earned that. We had several plumbing issues and they were local and when i called them somebody answered right away. Set an appt to come out next day. The plumber was prompt and on time and very courteous and sincere. Included my husband per my request and communication was great. The estimate price was fair for all the work done. We have used Advocate Plumbing multiple times over the last couple of years. Once for a drain issue, another for a sump pump line repair and then again for a hot water replacement. Choosing Advocate Plumbing was a great experience all around. I had an emergency gas situation on a day when the temp was going below zero and I was going to have no heat in my home. Dylan was at my home within 45 minutes of my call to Advocate and he got things figured out quick enough that the gas company was out and had us turned back on before unlivable home conditions, frozen pipes, or other disasters occurred. EDIT 1/24/25: Called up Advocate to come out and install 4 new toilets. Not that hard, right?! Come to find out all but one of the shutoff valves were bad. AND after a water test, it was discovered that my softener has stopped working...which explains why the hard water stains have been so bad lately. We knew the life of the softener was getting old...pushing 11 years... Had they not tested the water, we would have spent 1.5x more to have them back out vs just doing all the work in one day! No joke people...These guys are legit, honest and very upfront. I don't do reviews but will gladly talk this company up for how much they made our lives less stressful.Jeremy and Dillan were on time, quick and very helpful in explaining our options for a new water heater. Very friendly and knowledgeable service. Would recommend to anyone for water heater replacement and any plumbing issue or job!!EDIT 8/12/24 - had two leaks on the hot water feed to the kitchen sink and dishwasher. Jeremy and team were onsite the SAME day and repairs done within an hour. On top of that - they wanted to find out if there was a cause behind the leak instead of just saying things needed replacing. Sure enough, it was discovered that our pressure reduction valve on the water line coming into the home had gone bad, thus putting almost double the amount of water pressure into our house!Jeremy and his team are amazing. The work was performed quickly, cleanly and economically. The two plumbers required to do the job were professional and courteous. The owner contacted us during the job to ensure it was progressing as we expected and at the end of the day to ensure that we were happy with the work done. The Advocate Plumbing crew is awesome. Had them out to install two outside hose faucets with service access panels, install a new Main shutoff in the garage, install a new kitchen faucet and install a new shower faucet in our 2nd upstairs bathroom. I called Advocate Plumbing when our hot water heater went out. It had ended up cracking and leaking onto the floor because there was a plastic catch pan underneath that had melted. They were very knowledgeable and told me my options for a new water heater that would work for my home. They were able to get us scheduled the next morning and arrived on time and were very professional. They prepared the work area by putting down paper to avoid any mess while getting the old water heater out and to avoid scratching our floor. They installed an aluminum catch pan so we shouldn’t have to worry about any water damage in the future. Our utility room was definitely cleaner after they left.While turning off the water they noticed some potentially unsafe fitting on our shut off valve and were able to quickly replace those as well. We had a great experience with Advocate Plumbing and you will too.
