Brian did excellent work. He replaced a broken garbage disposal, fixed a leak on an outdoor spigot, and took the time to walk me through the condition of other fittings around the house.What stood out was his approach. No pressure, just clear information so I could make informed decisions. We had several plumbing issues and they were local and when i called them somebody answered right away. Set an appt to come out next day. The plumber was prompt and on time and very courteous and sincere. Included my husband per my request and communication was great. The estimate price was fair for all the work done. We bought our own faucets and they knew exactly what to do. Everybody was on the same page and the plumber was very knowledgable and ansered all my questions and did a great job, got everything working perfectly. We have used Advocate Plumbing multiple times over the last couple of years. Once for a drain issue, another for a sump pump line repair and then again for a hot water replacement. Every time they have been quick to schedule service. The most recent time I was able to schedule online an appointment for next day service. They are knowledgeable and friendly.
