Advocate Plumbing Club Terms & Conditions

1. Membership Term

Membership consists of an initial 12-month term and may be billed monthly or annually.

Following the initial 12-month term, membership will renew and continue for an additional 12-month term unless canceled by either party in accordance with these Membership Terms & Conditions.

2. Subscription Renewal

Advocate Plumbing Club memberships renew on an annual basis using the payment method on file unless canceled prior to the beginning of the next 12-month membership term.

Customers who select monthly billing will continue to be billed monthly throughout each 12-month membership term. Customers who select annual billing will be billed annually at the beginning of each 12-month membership term.

3. Membership Benefits

Membership benefits are available only while the membership is active and the account is in good standing. Benefits have no cash value and are non-transferable except as provided under the Transferable Membership section below.

4. Discounts

Member discounts cannot be combined with other promotional offers, coupons, or discounts unless specifically stated by Advocate Plumbing.

5. Annual Maintenance Services

Annual maintenance services included with your membership provide benefits during each 12-month membership term.

Included annual maintenance services may be used once during each applicable 12-month membership term unless otherwise specified in the selected membership plan.

Any services performed outside of the maintenance services and benefits specifically included in the selected membership plan will be billed separately at the applicable rate.

Unused annual maintenance services do not carry over or accumulate from one membership term to the next.

6. Priority Scheduling

Members receive priority scheduling over non-members during normal business hours. While every effort is made to provide prompt service, same-day service cannot be guaranteed.

7. Payment Failure

If a scheduled payment cannot be processed, membership benefits may be suspended until the account has been brought current. Advocate Plumbing reserves the right to retry declined payments using the payment method on file.

8. Cancellation

A membership may be canceled by either party by providing notice prior to the beginning of the next 12-month membership term.

If a membership is canceled, membership benefits will remain available through the end of the current paid billing period, subject to the terms of this Agreement.

Any future or previously scheduled appointments occurring after the end of the customer's applicable paid billing period will not be eligible for membership benefits, discounts, or included maintenance services.

Cancellation or termination prior to completion of a 12-month membership term may be subject to the Benefit Recovery Fee described in Section 13.

9. Existing Conditions

Membership inspections are visual evaluations of accessible plumbing systems. They are intended to identify observable concerns but cannot detect hidden defects or guarantee against future plumbing failures.

10. Transferable Membership

Your Advocate Plumbing Club membership stays with you…not just your house.

If you move, you may transfer your active membership to your new primary residence within Advocate Plumbing’s service area at no additional charge. If you sell your home, you may also choose to transfer the remaining membership to the new homeowner, providing uninterrupted membership benefits.

Membership may only be active on one residence at a time and is subject to Advocate Plumbing’s service area.

11. Workmanship Warranty

Advocate Plumbing warrants its workmanship according to the warranty included with your selected membership level. Manufacturer warranties remain subject to their individual terms and conditions.

12. Membership Updates

Advocate Plumbing reserves the right to modify membership pricing, benefits, or terms with advance notice prior to a future 12-month membership renewal.

13. Membership Commitment & Benefit Recovery

Advocate Plumbing Club memberships are designed to provide long-term value through ongoing maintenance and preventative care. By enrolling, the member agrees to maintain their selected membership for a 12-month membership term.

Certain membership benefits represent a significant upfront investment by Advocate Plumbing and are intended for members who fulfill their 12-month membership commitment.

If a member voluntarily cancels or downgrades their membership before completing the applicable 12-month membership term, Advocate Plumbing reserves the right to recover a portion of the value of membership benefits already provided by assessing the following Benefit Recovery Fee:

• AA Minor League Membership: Up to $100
• AAA Minor League Membership: Up to $200
• Major League Membership: Up to $300

The Benefit Recovery Fee is intended to offset the cost of annual maintenance services, inspections, premium member benefits, administrative expenses, and discounted services provided prior to completion of the applicable 12-month membership term.

14. Automatic Payment Authorization

By enrolling in the Advocate Plumbing Club, you authorize Advocate Plumbing, LLC to automatically charge the payment method you provide for recurring membership fees and any authorized charges related to your membership.

You acknowledge and agree to the following:

• Your payment method will be automatically charged according to your selected monthly or annual billing schedule for the duration of each 12-month membership term.
• Your membership will renew for subsequent 12-month terms in accordance with the Subscription Renewal provisions of this Agreement unless properly canceled.
• You authorize Advocate Plumbing to securely store your payment information or utilize a secure third-party payment processor for recurring billing.
• It is your responsibility to maintain a valid payment method on file. If your payment method expires, is declined, or otherwise becomes invalid, you agree to promptly provide updated payment information.
• If a recurring payment is declined or returned for any reason, Advocate Plumbing may attempt to process the payment again and may suspend membership benefits until the account is brought current.
• You remain responsible for all membership fees, applicable Benefit Recovery Fees, and any other authorized charges incurred under this Agreement.
• You agree not to dispute or initiate a chargeback for valid charges that have been authorized under this Agreement. If a chargeback or payment dispute is initiated for a valid authorized charge, Advocate Plumbing reserves the right to suspend or terminate membership benefits and recover unpaid membership fees, applicable Benefit Recovery Fees, returned payment fees, collection costs, reasonable attorney’s fees where permitted by law, court costs, and any other amounts permitted under applicable law.
• If any automatic payment is returned unpaid, Advocate Plumbing reserves the right to charge any returned payment or insufficient funds fee permitted by applicable law.
• This authorization shall remain in effect until all amounts owed under this Agreement have been paid in full and the membership has been properly terminated.

By signing below, you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to these Membership Terms & Conditions and authorize Advocate Plumbing, LLC to process recurring automatic payments as described above.
