Advocate plumbing installed a tankless water heater and navien peakflow water conditioner to replace my failing water heater. They were quick to respond to my requesr for a diagnosis - listened to what I wanted and were honest and trustworthy through the sales process. They arrived on time for the install, made sure I was informed on how the new equipment was going to be installed, and how to operate it. I’ll be calling them for any future plumbing concerns.

I called them first thing in the morning when we realized our water heater was out. They set up a same-day appointment to assess the issue. The water heater needed to be replaced, as I suspected. They were extremely professional, and walked me through my options before we made a decision. By 3 PM that afternoon, I had hot water running from my faucets! The pricing felt very fair. I highly recommend these guys.

Advocate was awesome. We had a new tankless water heater and water softener installed. They were super responsive and communicated clearly. Day of install they arrived on time and got right to work. They actually ended up not needing to do some of the diagnostic work, and advocate was honest about it and reduced the price of the install. Really great work and customer service, and if/when I need more plumbing services I’ll surely be using them again.

Jeremy was very quick to respond to my inquiry and had me on the schedule for the same week(my issue was not emergent at all). He called me this morning just to go over everything and make sure I was ready for them to come out. He let me know what we would need to get them access to and explain the process. When the guys came out they were very kind and explained everything. They didn’t try to upsell me on any other issues in my home and were meeting me where I was at. The guys went over everything and gave me the options, they had already come with the supplies they may have needed so once we settled on the repair and I agreed with the price they brought their stuff in and were done within 2 hours. They were super efficient, talked me through it all and I believe they were fairly priced. Looking forward to working with them on a few bathrooms in my home in the future.
