If you have any plumbing problem in the central Indiana area, you may benefit from my experience with Advocate Plumbing. In just a single call, I connected with the Owner, their Service Manager and ultimately the Service Technician who completed a huge job in one day: a sewage sump, foundation sump, battery install and two fixtures. Same day response…all jobs completed…and to my complete satisfaction! There is no reason to chase the big companies with huge call centers…Advocate Plumbing was fast to arrive, thorough in their work and friendly as you would hope. Give them a call first, you will not be disappointed.

We had a gas leak and initially had another larger company out for diagnostics. We weren’t happy with their pricing or lack of scheduling availability for repair so I decided to get some other quotes. I was recommended to Advocate by our home inspector and I’m really glad I gave them a call. Steve helped me to get a plumber out ASAP and was very competitive with pricing. Zach was able to complete our repair and get our gas turned back on in just a few hours. He was knowledgeable, easy to communicate with, and I appreciated that there was no sales pitches or trying to upsell on services we didn’t need. We were even able to talk to him about some plumbing needs at our new house we’re moving to at the end of the month including our sewer lines needing hydrojetting and were quoted a fraction of the cost that two other local companies quoted us. Great customer service and we will be return customers!

I had an emergency leak in my toilet that went through my ceiling. I called advocate and they were so helpful and made sure they came out that day. They explained the process Brian the technician was fantastic. Very respectful, very knowledgeable And told me exactly what he was Prior to doing the work. They fit me in their schedule the next day to finish the job and from beginning to end they were great. Thanks again

Jeremy and Dillon reviewed the options and then efficiently installed a new outside hose bib at our home. They were conscientious about our home and thoroughly cleaned up the work area, as well as confirmed we were totally pleased with the work performed. Will definitely call Advocate Plumbing the next time we need plumbing work completed. Update - July, 2025. Contacted Advocate Plumbing to flush our 5 year old tankless water heater. While discussing this service with our technician (Brian), we also mentioned that we were considering a battery back-up sump pump. We received a call from Steve (Customer Service) who quoted several options. After reviewing the options/costs, we agreed upon one and were assured that the work could be completed that day (they had confirmed that necessary parts could be obtained.) Brian went right to work on this unexpected (much larger) job and worked diligently until the work was completed and totally checked out. We appreciate the professionalism and expertise of the team at Advocate Plumbing.

We hired Advocate Plumbing to replace two toilets for us. Brian was our plumber and we couldn’t have hired a more respectful and courteous person. Advocate Plumbing to the rescue! I was dealing with a Plumbing crisis and called Advocate Plumbing. They sent someone out the next day to give me an estimate. The guy they sent out, Dillon (sp?), was very thorough (he even tested my water pressure), professional, and excellent at communication. When he left, I had every confidence that his company could get the job done right. When I received my quote later that same day, I was presented with a few different options. All options were very reasonable. I ended up having them replace my existing (broken)cast iron drain pipes with PVC (this was no small task), replace my water main line and shut off, and replace my 20+ year old water heater. Dillon was out the very next day and did an absolutely amazing job. The quality of work that was done exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend Advocate Plumbing for any and all of your plumbing needs. They will be my first and only call from now on. I've already told all of my neighbors to give them a call if they're in need of a great and affordable plumber.

Great service from Advocate Plumbing, a 5 star company. From estimate to completion of work. Installed new vent piping and gas line for my new gas water heater that had been incorrectly done from another plumbing company when home was built. Brian and Zach were the installers, both very professional. Any plumbing services needed in the future will go to Advocate Plumbing.

Our hot water heater went out on us. Advocate Plumbing did everything they can to make the process easy. They took time on the phone to explain everything, discussed options with me and explained everything along the way. It’s never fun to have to deal with surprise issues that arise, but Advocate Plumbing did everything they could to make it as painless as possible. From the first phone call Jeremy was really kind! Zach came out and did a wonderful job installing a new water softener, regulating our water pressure, replacing our hose spigot, and flushing our water heater.
